ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AT GRAND GENEVA RESORT

Erin and James celebrated their engagement with engagement photos at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

MEET ERIN + JAMES

Erin describes herself as introverted, thoughtful, loyal, and sentimental. She loves her friends and family and appreciates the memories they share together. Also, laughter is the best medicine, and Erin gravitates toward people who can bring the lighter side to things (James is definitely one of those people 🙂 James is easygoing, keep the vibe light, doesn’t take things too seriously. He pays great attention to detail, enjoys adventure, and loves sports! (Bear down!) Together Erin and James like to stay active; hiking, biking, running and rewarding themselves with an ice-cold one by visiting new breweries.

THE PROPOSAL

The couple got engaged in Jackson Hole, Wyoming while visiting James’s brother Justin and his girlfriend Catherine. It was 3/01, which is Erin’s birthday backward (10/3), and why James picked that day. As if his heart wasn’t beating a million miles an hour already, James’s brother also hit a deer on the way to “the spot”. They finally get to Jackson Hole’s Elk Antler Arch (google it!). James pretend as if they were just going to take a cool picture by the lit-up arches before dinner. Then James got down on one knee, Erin freaked out, and the rest is history! To this day they are both still amazed that Erin had no idea that was coming and was 100% surprised.

VENUE WEDDING PLANNING

Erin and James are planning their August wedding at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. They are excited to include family and friends to celebrate the start of their marriage!
