Engagement Photos in Oshkosh at the Paine Art Center

There’s something extra special about photographing engagement sessions, but when the bride-to-be is one of my associate shooters? It hits a little differently.

Samantha and Nathan’s engagement photos in Oshkosh were a dream. We explored the stunning grounds of the Paine Art Center and Gardens, one of my favorite spots in Wisconsin for lush, elegant portraits. Between the blooming greenery, timeless architecture, and golden light filtering through the trees, it felt like the perfect setting to capture their love.

These two have the kind of connection that makes my job easy. Nathan had Sam laughing through the entire session, and she looked radiant as ever in her classic white dress. You’d never know it was a bit warm out—they made every moment feel effortless.

We wandered through ivy-covered archways, posed under towering trees, and soaked in that early summer glow. Every photo felt like a peek into their love story—full of joy, laughter, and sweet little moments between poses.

Sam’s wedding this November at Stone Prairie in Brillion, Wisconsin is going to be so close to my heart. Not only is she an incredibly talented photographer, but she’s also one of the kindest, most genuine people I know. I can’t wait to celebrate her and Nathan and capture every moment of their big day!
