Meet Heather + Dalton

Heather and Dalton describe themselves as a fun, goofy, and adventurous couple. They met through a mutual work friend. Together, Heather and Dalton love hunting, fishing, and traveling. Dalton proposed to Heather on a mountain hike in Montana! How stinkin’ cool is that? Heather and Dalton’s wedding at The Waters in Oshkosh was an absolute stunner!

Wedding at The Waters

Heather and Dalton wanted their wedding to be on a cooler day in the fall, so early November was the perfect date for them. Their color pallet of dusty rose, cinnamon and burnt orange played beautifully against the shores of Lake Winnebago and the grand architecture of The Waters.

All in the Details

Dalton and Heather’s color pallet shined through in their choice of bridal party attire and flowers. Heather’s wedding dress was a beautiful white sparkling gown. In place of favors and cake, the couple opted for a s’mores and caramel apple bar as a late-night snack!

Do it yourself elements included pampas grass in decorative vases and the creation of a personalized acrylic sign to match the wedding’s color pallet.

Advice to Other Brides

Heather and Dalton’s advice to other couples is, “to plan ahead of time. It is never too early to start planning for your big day! Vendors book up fast and you don’t want to be stressed!”
