Allison + Brandon’s Engagement Photos at Pike Lake || Hartford, WI

MEET ALLISON + BRANDON

This fun-loving couple was not afraid to be themselves during their engagement photos at Pike Lake, which is why I absolutely loved how they turned out! This couple joked and teased each other throughout their entire session, which is why the images truly show their personalities and who they are as a couple.

Allison and Brandon meet while attending a wedding. In fact, Allison was actually a friend’s date for the night. But that didn’t discourage Brandon who asked Allison for her number. The two chatted for a while before Brandon asked Allison out. To which she actually said no at first! Yet again, Brandon was not discouraged, and continued asking Allison out until she “caved”. The two had their first dinner and movie date, and according to the couple, the rest is history!

Brandon proposed to Allison at the observation tower of Pike Lake on a chilly, but perfect Friday fall evening. Allison said that Brandon practically sprinted up the trail, leaving her behind. Little did she know what he was planning!

Just as the sun was setting, Brandon got down on one knee and asked Allison to marry him. Allison said yes right away, and describes it as an incredible night!

It was only fitting that we return to Pike Lake for Allison and Brandon’s engagement session!

WEDDING PLANNING

Brandon and Allison are planning their fall wedding at the beautiful Sugar Island Barn in Watertown, Wisconsin. They are excited to include family and friends to celebrate the start of their marriage!
