WEDDING AT VETERANS TERRACE

Avalon and Mason were wed on October 29th with a ceremony and reception at Veterans Terrace in Burlington, Wisconsin.

MEET AVALON + MASON

Avalon and Mason both describe themselves as introverted, and they meet on the dating app bumble. They have been inseparable ever since. They enjoy golfing together in the summertime. Avalon and Mason also enjoy exploring new restaurants and traveling to new places. In the winter they go up north to go snowmobiling together.

THE PROPOSAL

Mason surprised Avalon with a road trip to Breckinridge Colorado. They went hiking to Sapphire Point and were looking out to the mountains. When Avalon looked back Mason was on his knee.

WEDDING VISION & PLANNING

The couple envisioned a woodsy fall wedding theme with a champagne, terracotta, and emerald green color palette. Avalon was excited about the fact that all of her flowers were artificial which means she can show their future kids. Avalon’s gown was a rose gold, and the cake is a two-tier cake with cupcakes.

ADVICE TO OTHER BRIDES

“I would definitely make sure you have a good chunk of money stuck away because it definitely adds up! Also, make sure to not stress too much and remember it’s your day so just remember to take a deep breath. And don’t get carried away in the little things.” – Avalon + Mason
