MEET EMMA + RJ
Emma is a self-described sarcastic, type-A personality. While RJ describes himself as calm and nerdy. This adorable couple met on tinder, and love going to Broadway shows at Overture center and watching The Bachelor. RJ proposed to Emma at Zoo Lights at the Madison Zoo!
WEDDING VISION & PLANNING
During wedding planning, Emma and Rj wanted a wedding that is bright, airy, beautiful, and fun. They didn’t want anything too stiff and formal. Emma and RJ went with dusty blue and yellows to let the gorgeous Aldo Leopold Nature Center space do most of the work
ALDO LEOPOLD WEDDING
Emma and RJ describe their wedding day as, “literally perfect.” Outside of getting married, Emma and Rj both had the first look so high up on our list of favorite moments. I can’t wait to see the photos for that!
ALL IN THE DETAILS
Emma’s gown was a champagne drop waist ball gown. She didn’t know of that style silhouette ahead of time, so thank you to Vera’s consultants for helping her find it! It is designed by Sophia Tolli. Emma also wore a satin-trimmed veil, gold/opal headpiece, and moonstone earrings. Emma absolutely loved how it all came together.
The flower throughout the day was butter yellow and ivory with dashes of blue. Emma and RJ went with mini cheesecakes and mini pies for dessert from Looking Glass Bakery. They did also order a full cheesecake for themselves to share!!
