Suzy and Scott met while working at the same car dealership. Scott had a variety of responsibilities all over the dealership and Suzy was the receptionist. They worked similar hours and went from passing notes to going on dates. The first of which when Scott was making dinner, he cut himself, and fainted!
Suzy had fractured her right foot the day after Christmas, right before the annual family ski trip. Scott had planned to propose to her in their favorite place, Big Sky, Montana on this trip. Suzy had absolutely no idea!
With her foot fractured, she was unable to ski. Heartbroken she wouldn’t be able to actively ski, she wasn’t sure if she should continue on the trip. Scott stayed persistent in coaxing her to still join, he had a backup plan.
Finally, they settled into the trip, a few days in it was their anniversary. They were going to celebrate with a planned sleigh ride dinner at Lone Mountain Ranch. This looked a little different, with the cast on Suzy’s right foot, but it was still great. They stopped to pet the horses afterward, one of Suzy’s favorite parts of the sleigh ride is the horses.
As she was petting the draft horses, Scott sneakily got down on one knee. Suzy quickly said yes, and the couple went on to celebrate!
Huge thank you to all of the amazing wedding vendors that made Suzy and Scott’s day run seamlessly. Congratulations Suzy and Scott on the start of your next great adventure 🙂
