HISTORY OF HOTEL RETLAW

Built by Walter Schroder in 1923, Hotel Retlaw is an eight-story red brick building in downtown Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Schroder, who had the vision to create stunning hotels all around Wisconsin also developed The Astor Hotel, The Hilton Milwaukee and Hotel Wisconsin. The National Park Service has even placed Hotel Retlaw on The National Register of Historic Places!

HOTEL RETLAW EVENT SPACES

Hotel Retlaw is home to several event spaces that meet your many needs. First and foremost it’s ballroom easily seats up to 275 for dinner, and is the perfect spot to dance the night away at your reception.

The black, white, and gold detailed lobby, bar, and restaurant are picture-perfect spots to create stunning images of you and your new spouse!

The Windsor Room, often home to ceremonies, seats up to 60 guests while its adjoining outdoor terrace looks over downtown Fond du Lac.

Other spaces include the Eisenhower and Truman rooms which are perfect for rehearsal dinners, making Hotel Retlaw a one-stop shop for your wedding planning.
