WHAT IS YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?

As a Milwaukee family photographer, my style of photography is a mix of traditional portrait photography and lifestyle photography. This provides you with timeless and natural images. This provides you with portraits that illustrate your family’s personality.

HOW DO I BOOK A PORTRAIT SESSION?

Yay! I am so excited you want to book a session with me. Feel free to call, email, or message me. We will work together to schedule your session’s date, time, and location. I’ll send you a welcome email with a contract, questionnaire, model release, and initial payment invoice. Just sign your contract, questionnaire, pay your invoice, and then you are officially booked.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PORTRAIT SESSION FEE?

As a Milwaukee family photographer, each session includes your choice of edited digital files (additional digital files are available for purchase), print release, and access to a personal online client photo viewing gallery.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS AND PRODUCTS?

Yes, all sessions and products are subject to 5.5% sales tax.

WHEN DO I PAY MY PORTRAIT SESSION FEE?

An initial payment of $150 of the session fee is due when booking the session, and is nonrefundable. Full payment plus tax is due at the time of the session.

DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL FEE?

There is no travel fee for portrait sessions 30 miles or weddings within two hours driving distance of Harford, Wisconsin. If you are in love with a location outside of this range, please contact me for a custom travel quote.

WHEN AND WHERE TO SESSIONS OCCUR?

Outdoor sessions occur during “golden hour.” This is an hour after sunrise or before sunset. It provides the best and most flattering light for your portraits!

There are many beautiful options for outdoor portraits. You are welcome to select the perfect place for you. Richfield Historical Society, Holy Hill, and Pike Lake Unit-Kettle Moraine State Forest are a few of my favorites! Indoor sessions take place at your home, and do not need to be at “golden hour.”

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Clothing is a great way to help show your personality and sense of style. You will look best in comfortable clothes without logos. Neutrals are timeless, and wearing clothing with textures and layers adds dimension without being distracting. Family members look best wearing complementary colored tops. Children’s outfits are a great way to bring in a pop of color. Whenever possible avoid vivid neon colors and multiple types of patterns across family members (i.e. plaid, circles, and stripes on different members of the family). Remember accidents happen, so planning a second outfit might be a good idea!

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Sessions can absolutely be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE SICK?

As a Milwaukee family photographer, I often work with newborns, babies, and children. To keep these little loves safe please reschedule if anyone coming to the session is experiencing a fever over 99 degrees, vomiting, or diarrhea. There is no fee if you cancel ahead of the scheduled session time due to illness. However, if you come to your session and we are forced to reschedule due to illness there is a $50 rescheduling fee.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

Final edited images will be available to you within four weeks of your image selection date.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY SESSION?

Your proof images will be uploaded to a personal online gallery. You will have 72 hours to choose your favorites. Additional images are available for purchase. Your chosen images will be edited and made available for download from your online gallery. Images in your gallery are available for two weeks. I will archive your digital images for six months after the session date. After this time the digital files will no longer be available. We recommend that you download and save your images to ensure future access.

WILL I RECEIVE A PRINT RELEASE WITH MY IMAGES?

Yes, the images you selected will be accompanied by a print release. This print release is only for the images you selected or additionally purchased for download. Please be aware it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce any additional photographs without my permission.

CAN WE KEEP THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION PRIVATE?

Absolutely! Please let me know if you wish to keep the images from your session private. A model release is located within your photography contract. This can be taken out if you wish to keep your images off social media and out of advertisements for Allysha Noelle Photography, LLC.
