MEET LAURA + KRIS
This thoughtful couple complement each other perfectly. Kris is energetic and outgoing while, Laura is more reserved and introverted. Together they are relaxed and extremely caring for those around them!
Laura and Kris met in 2015 while majoring in religious studies Harvard Divinity School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The pair became friends and didn’t start dating until several years later.
Kris plans to attend seminary to become a pastor for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). While Laura is continuing her studies, and her work as a wedding photographer herself!
WISCONSIN WEDDING PLANNING
2020 has been the year of surprises, and planning a wedding during this time can have its challenges. When Laura and Kris contacted me to photograph their intimate wedding at a family farm, I was overjoyed at the opportunity to capture their love in such a gorgeous setting.
Despite the careful planning of an intimate ceremony. The couple had to shift plans to avoid the predicted rain. When even that didn’t keep the event dry, the couple celebrated their nuptials with family! I was blessed to have been able to be apart of it!
