Want to look amazing for your senior pictures? Follow these hair and makeup tips to look your best.
FOUNDATION
When picking out a foundation for your senior photos it’s best to choose one that is matte. Shimmery foundations may make your skin look oily or shiny. Apply your makeup in natural light, so that you can ensure it is well blended.
Add contouring makeup and blush to finalized your polished look! The use of a quality primer and setting spray will hold your look for the entire session.
EYE MAKEUP
It’s a great idea to plan gorgeous, but natural eye makeup. Choosing a rich tone eyeshadow that is slightly darker than your eyebrow color will compliment your skin tone.
Apply your eyeshadow a slightly darker than normal so that the camera picks up on the contrast. Don’t go overboard! Stay away from pastel eyeshadow shades, as they can look washed out.
Using multiple coats of lengthening mascara or false eyelashes will draw attention to your eyes!
HAIR
I recommend wearing your hair down with soft curls, waves, or straightened as long as it has movement. You want to be able to touch, shake, and flip your hair around!
Hairspray your part, then comb through that section! Repeat once or twice even if you don’t normally wear hairspray. This will help prevent flyaways.
