I had the pleasure of knowing this young man from my days of teaching in Wauwatosa. While it was hard for me to believe Ellis is a senior already, I was overjoyed to be able to take his Milwaukee senior photos.
EJ and his sister Enayha were wonderful kids then, and despite adversity they have remained compassionate and kind-hearted souls.
When Ellis told me he wanted to have his senior portraits taken in downtown Milwaukee by the Milwaukee Art Museum, I was super excited! It is such a fun and unique to Milwaukee location.
During golden hour (the last hour of the day before sunset) EJ, Enayha and I walked around the Milwaukee Art Museum finding amazing spots for EJ’s senior portraits. We ended at sunset in downtown Milwaukee overlooking the beautiful skyline and Milwaukee’s large structural artwork.
I wanted a photographer who was creative, and my senior portraits to be fun and unique.
Ali did a great job! She came up with ideas, had great energy and a fun personality. Ali was very organized, and I loved the resulting senior pictures. They made me very happy!
